I just received that highly anticipated items. I got the mild and spicy sauce. I cooked fish with both and the sauces. This was the best tasting fish I did thanks to these sauces. I didnt have to use a scotch bonnet because the spicy sauce is extremely spicy. You don't need to use much. A tablespoon of the sauce goes a long way.
