Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.
Domestic deliveries typically take 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Refund Policy
We take pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please review the following:

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a photo and your order number so we can assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund.

Wrong Address Provided: If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout and not corrected before shipment, we are not able to offer refunds or replacements.

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll do our best to help you locate the package with the carrier, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivery is confirmed.
Order Issues & Missing Items
If your order is missing any items upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund due to inventory limitations and our small-batch processing model.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products being food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product is opened, it is considered contaminated and cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.
