Directions
Using a paper towel pat the steak dry as possible. Then season with the salt and pepper on both side.
Using a large skillet over high heat, add the veg oil. Allow it to get nice and hot then carefully add the steak laying it away from you.
Sear on both sides for a nice crust about 3-4 minutes each side.
Lower the heat to medium, add the butter and baste the steak until it reach you desired temp.
Remove the steak and set aside.
Using the same pan over medium low heat add the garlic and epis. Sautรฉ until fragrant then add the lobster meat.
Lobster meat should already be cooked so youโre just heating it up in the garlic butter sauce.
Remove the lobster meat from the pan. Add the bread slices with cheese on each side. once the cheese start to melt fold the bread slices on top of each other forming a grilled cheese.
Remove the grilled cheese from pan. Slice the steak , making sure you go against the grain.
Now Just build the sandwich how ever you see fit. Then all you gotta do is eat baby!
