One of my favorite ways to eat cabbage!

Ingredients
½ Large Cabbage sliced into chunks
½ Yellow onion Julienned
⅓ Red Bell pepper Julienned
⅓ Green bell pepper Julienned
3 garlic cloves minced
8 Oz Smoked Andouille Sausage sliced into small quarters
2 slices of thick cut bacon
1 ½ Tbps. Unsalted butter
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
Very Noicee AP seasoning to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Using a large skillet add the bacon slices. Then put the pan on stove at medium heat. ( yes add the bacon to the cold pan and let the heat build up to render the fat)
After the bacon is nice and crispy, remove and set it to the side, then the sausage.
After browning the sausage, crank up the heat to medium high. Add the bell peppers and onions.
Season with the salt and pepper and Sauté until they begin to soften and develop color. Remove them and set aside
Add the olive oil , and the butter. Once the butter melts add the cabbage.
Sautè continuously, until the cabbage start to shrink. Work in batches if needed
Season with the Very Noicee AP Seasoning to your liking.
Add back in the sausage, peppers and onions to the mix and fold them in with the cabbage.
Add the minced Garlic and the chopped bacon. Fold a few more times.
Serve with what you desire! And all you gotta do is eat!
