Prepping the Snapper
Add all the ingredients listed for prepping the snapper except for the water
Using the lime to " scrub" the fish carefully, allow to sit for 15 min before rising under colder water
Marinating the Snapper
Add all the ingredients listed for marinating the snapper, make sure it gets all throughout the fish. allow to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour
Frying the Snapper
In a large large skillet over medium to med-high heat add the oil and allow to get hot. around 350-360 degrees F
Coat the marinated snappers in some flour, shake off the excess and gently lay the snapper away from you.
Fry for about 10-14 minutes total depending on size. CAREFULLY FLIP HALF WAY THROUGH
Serve with rice or whatever you see fit

- When make frying, make sure your oil gets up to the right temp ( 350-365 F) if the oil is too hot you will burn the first before it's done cooking through, if the oil is not hot enough your fish will get soggy and fall apart!
